Job Overview:


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales In-charge (TSI) to manage and expand our sales operations in the FMCG sector.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG industry, excellent sales and relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a designated region.


You will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in your territory.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage and expand sales in a designated region, ensuring sales targets and business goals are consistently met or exceeded.


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for key accounts and new business opportunities.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the FMCG sector.


- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.


- Provide product knowledge and training to distributors and sales teams to enhance performance.


- Ensure effective product distribution and merchandising strategies are implemented at retail outlets.


- Collect and analyze data regarding sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.


- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation for management.


- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to sales or product distribution.


- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are available at retail points within your territory.


- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and promotional strategies.


- Conduct regular market visits to track performance, gather feedback, and support the sales team.


Key Requirements:


- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.


- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG sector
