We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth within a specific geographic region.

This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management services, excellent sales skills, and the ability to lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base within the assigned territory.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and align them with overall company goals.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored wealth management solutions.

- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.

- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding market changes and investment opportunities.

Sales Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge of wealth management services.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and manage the sales budget for the territory.

- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of company-wide sales initiatives.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.

- Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and enhance client service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in sales within the wealth management or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
