Essential Functions:
- Develop training programs to support distribution and OEM customers.
- Develop marketing and sales promotion programs for distribution and OEM customers.
- Coordinate the National Account sales efforts.
- Responsibility for promotion of products.
- Manage customer relations, sales.
- Ensures sales goals are achieved. Actively calls on key accounts, distributors to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensures products and services are meeting customer satisfaction levels and resolves conflict issues effectively and efficiently.
- Implements strategies to recognize new revenue and margin opportunities.
- Strategically manages the development and implementation of appropriate responses from competitors.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide reports, on a regular and/or monthly basis. Keeps management and managers aware of changes which would effect the distribution of products.
