About the role

Responsibilities

- Contacting potential B2B clients (OEM, Dealers, Distributors) to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Set and achieve targets for sales

- Hire executives to work under you

- Manage team of executives to drive sales target

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements

- Street smartness

- Proven sales experience

- Track record of over-achieving targets

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and driven

- We have a strong no excuses culture.

- Be flexible and willing to learn.

- Get things done very quickly.

- Make mistakes but dont repeat them.

- Communicate and keep all the stakeholders informed.

- Be open to travel all over India as required

- Ideal candidate has sold to this target customer (e-rickshaws and e-scooters) before
