Looking for a seasoned Sales Professional doing B2B sales for E-Commerce industry.
Below mentioned are the Job Specifications:
- The individual will be responsible for driving the B2B business of Hyderabad/Bangalore
- He will be required to sell the organization's services directly to related dealerships/individual in the region.
- Successfully selling and purchasing of the product to new and existing customers/dealers
- Responsible for creation and execution of territory sales plan and supports Company revenue and profit targets
- He will manage a team of 15 - 20 people based out of various offices in the city
- Monitor the team performance for sales closures and preparing yearly sales plan
- Preparing sales activity reports including territory goals, strategic plan, action plan
- Developing/sustaining the existing network, monitoring and keeping collections under control, & ensuring timely recovery of outstanding
Must Haves:
- The incumbent must have 4 - 8 years of experience of B2B sales in online/offline setup
- Should be a target orient individual with the experience of driving sales individually and through a team
- Excellent team player with ability to manage diverse team members
- Great negotiation skills combined with ability to optimize cost/work within the budget
- Individuals with prior consulting background will be preferred
- Should be well versed with local language
