Urgent Requirement for "Territory Portfolio Manager Credit-HL/LAP - Ahmedabad

Exp - 4+Years in HL/LAP Credit

- Responsible for the credit policies and its compliance with the applicable regulations and laws, credit risk, product and program management

- Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision under delegation of authority or recommend for approval to higher authorities.

- Under writing cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business target by proper training.

- To evaluate proposals of customers for Home Loan, LAP and secured BL

- Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in evaluation

- Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies / infants.

- Decision making within defined TAT

- Understanding of property related knowledge (like legal title and market value of the property).

- Team Management, handling team of Credit underwriters.

- Coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical and customer service
