- Responsible for business target achievement in the territory assigned by driving the sale of life insurance products to NTB customers of partner bank; will have a team of 4 to 5
- Area Managers. Overall team size of approx. 35 to 45.
- Drive partner sales team activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with Circle Heads/Cluster Heads of the partner bank
- Lead the business review discussions with partners on a monthly basis and drive the sales process with the partner through lead generation, conversion, etc in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders of the partner and develop opportunities for strategic ring-fencing of the partner through enhanced engagement.
- Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities, DSR & LMS input in the team.
- Responsible for ensuring key business metrics productivity, persistence, branch activation, average ticket size & claim ratios.
- Collaborate with the regional account management team in articulating the strategy for the territory.
- Resolve escalated issues related to grievance handling, provide input to minimize the recurrence of issues
- Review and ensure processes are compliant with guidelines set internally and by regulatory
- Build team capability through regular training interventions.
- Organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training at partner branches in the assigned territory.
- Ensuring adherence to end the business process within the specified timelines.
