Territory Manager - Sales ( Heart Valve) - MNC- (five Days Working)

Job Descriptions

Position : Territory Manager

Reporting To : Regional Sales Manager

- Ensure budgeted monthly sales and collection.

- Collection of proper market information and providing feedback on the same.

- Contact new and existing customers at desired frequency to discuss their needs, and to explain how need gaps are met by specific products and services.

- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.

- Quote, negotiate and fix credit terms of sales & service agreements.

- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

- Suggest pricing strategy based on competition/market information and customer feedback.

- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.

- Identify prospective customers by using market information/leads from existing clients and participating in trade shows and conferences.

- Identify specific needs for education and providing support to doctors/hospitals to create awareness and demand for the product.

- To ensure implementation of SOP's related to sales order, return goods, credit policy & product complaints.

- Assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs.

- Generate feedback from the customers on products sold and generate information from the end user.

- Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.

- Prepare distributor wise sales and inventory reports for the management.

- Effective payment collections.
