Territory Manager - Retail

One of our premier client is looking for a Territory Manager to manage all branches in the territory and manage a work force of 750+.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the Branches within the territory of Hyderabad with a broad focus on Operations, Logistics, Manpower Management, Day to day Administration issues etc.

Main Activities:

1. Overall Accountability for Territory Operations.

2. Effectively handling Day to day Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization

3. Fleet Management

4. Manpower Management

5. Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police and Municipal etc)

6. Handling Employee Relations matters

7. Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

8. Effectively handle process related improvements

9. Hiring, Managing and developing a proactive professional team
