Territory Manager Bangalore - Job Profile

Position Assignment:

The candidate should demonstrate high level of business acumen & maturity, good communication and presentation skills along with high-energy levels. The assignment would involve effective management of the Sales Pipeline for both the Hospital and Office segments in Karnataka. Proper Qualification of Leads and thereafter progressing the cases through various stages of Presentations, Demos, Negotiation, Closing including helping the Customers with Bank Financing and ensuring Compliances under the PNDT Act would be major elements of this assignment. In addition identification of Distributors and managing them and their Sales Teams would be necessary. The position requires regular support for various Marketing & Educational events and extensive Travel averaging 10 to 15 days a month.

Position Specific Details:

- Responsible for sales activities to the Hospital and Office segments in State of Karnataka

- Achievement of Revenue goals on Quarterly basis.

- Effective Management of the Sales Pipeline Qualification of Leads, Presentations and Demos, Negotiation with Prospects, Regulatory Compliances under the PNDT Act and helping the customers with Bank Financing.

- Networking with key opinion leaders and decision makers to achieve significant Market share .

- To provide effective sales support to dealers in concluding business.

- To provide support for Trade Shows and Educational events

- Timely Reporting on activities and regular Funnel Updates and proper implementation of SalesForce.com

- To provide regular information to India Office on market share, competitor activity, new Sales opportunities & the changing needs of the portable ultrasound market

Education and Experience required

- Bachelor's degree in Science /Engineering .

- Minimum 4 years experience of successful sales in the medical technology segment preferably ultrasound systems . Should be a high performer.

- Preferable prior or current work experience in Karnataka or neighboring states with responsibility to achieve sales targets and Dealer Management.

- Good contacts with opinion leaders along with ability to network.

- Ability to effectively promote value added solutions

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.

- Good Selling and negotiation Skills

- High energy Levels, with a passion to succeed consistently
