Territory Manager - Inside Sales
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall AOP target achievement. Will assist in driving the productivity of Centers and Outbound team.
2. Data Analytics - analysis various data and showcase trends, identify and correct performance gaps.
3. Track lead conversion on various source and system categories. Identify gaps in lead conversion and execute methods to correct it.
4. Drive various projects which are allocated time to time to drive efficiency and productivity.
5. Co-ordinate and liaison with various departments on behalf of the center and outbound team and give support to ground teams by resolving day-to- day operational challenges faced by them.
6. Design and Drive R & R program nationally for center and outbound teams.
7. Design training modules for new recruits, design trainings for improving existing efficiency, Development of existing training modules, Execute trainings across all centers and outbound teams.
What you should have :
1. 6+ years of experience in Telesales team management, preferably in Internet industry.
2. Bachelor's/Master's Degree.
3. Exposure to value & volume selling is a must.
4. Good Understanding of Quality metrics and process improvements.
5. Drive performance management by applying and implementing best in class performance metrics.
Brownie Points :
1. Experience in direct marketing and local promotion.
2. Knowledge of the matrimonial industry.
Note : This is 6 days working with one Rotational Off (weekends working).
Need candidate from EdTech / E-learning / Education Industry
Candidate must be from B2C background
Need Inside Sales at Manager level who must have handled team size of min. 25 people with high Ticket size min. 25k
Need Atleast 2 Years Of Stability In Each Company.
Value & volume selling is a must
