Role and Responsibility:

Key Client handling: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers. To work closely with the customers to understand their needs and goals, and then develop and implement solutions that help them achieve those goals. Also play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability for the organization.

- Handling the existing set of client consisting category for LMEU, QSR, hotels, restaurants, cafs chains etc. and would also be responsible to increase the numeric distribution based on the geography allotted to her/him for working.

- The TM will also be responsible for client wise tracking of secondary sales and monitoring tertiary sales, would be handling major of local clients. Also will be responsible for carrying out the activities will the client listing the new product

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers

- Understand customer needs and goals

- Develop and implement strategic account plans

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Negotiate and close contracts

- Ensure customer satisfaction

- Resolve customer issues and complaints

- Represent the company at key events and conferences

- Develop Food Service Business in the area. Achieve assigned business targets and goals.

- will be responsible for commercial hygiene, Like quarterly reconciliation, Half yearly closing the books mutually

- Following up new business opportunities, Opening up new clients and expansion of customer base, New client acquisition & customer retention

- Execute activations for business development for FS

- Distributor/ Client management and development. Order Placement, NCC, Claims

- Coordinating for Sampling and trade promotion activities
