MBA with 3+ years of experience in HoReCa sales.
Looking for candidates from FMCG industry.
Role involves initiating, developing and implementing the HoReCa concept and strategy at a conceptual and operational level.
Achieve primary and secondary sales objectives as per agreed targets.
Identifying and networking with prospective clients generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Identify marketing opportunities by assessing consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Taking care of the sales operations with focus on Achieving sales growth.
Highly successful in building relations with upper level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments.
Your skills and experience:
- Full time MBA with at least 4-7 years of experience role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
- Pro-active with good problem solving skills
- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & powerpoint
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Honest and high on integrity
