Our Company - Laksh HR (www.Lakshhr.com) is working with Various Manufacturing MNCs. We are currently looking for Territory Manager for them. The basic details are as follows:

Title:Territory Manager - Regional Sales & Services

Reporting structure / Base Location : RSM South/Columbo-Srilanka

Experience / 3 - 8 Years

Education: BTech/BE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Key purpose of the job

To create a Pull for Company Products by end customers & end users through extensive contacts, Timely and effective execution / monitoring of sales & marketing & promotional activities

B. Key Responsibilities

1) Achieve business results for allocated Customers, Distributors, Area, and Product Line etc. as per the Business Plan & Score card

2) Be the front-line customer contact for both direct customers.

3) Implement Company's identity program in line with sales strategy.

4) Map and update customer database based on size, business parameters, business issues/expectations, growth plans, focus areas, key stakeholders, processes etc.

5) Map the business potential & growth opportunities

6) Monitor & report market feed-back with respect to industry, competition, etc

7) Participate in assessing the prospective/existing Company's Distributors / Authorized Stockiest

8) Plan & carry out sales visits for promoting & creating pull for Co. Products in the market customer contact

9) Plan, participate, monitor, follow-up marketing & other promotional activities as per sales strategy for the allocated customers / area & end customers / users

10) Prepare business plan, sales forecast, sales & marketing activity plan, timely execution & effective implementation of the same.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Profile of the job holder

1) Around 3-6 years of experience in selling & Marketing Precision Engineering Products / Lubricants / Auto Components in After Market

2) Bachelor of Engineering from Institute of repute.

3) Exposure to Managing Distribution network and sales through distribution / dealers / stockiest channel.
