Job Role:

1. Responsible for acquiring key/large corporate relationships and also managing a portion of existing relationships in M1 cluster.

2. Built the team of Key Account Managers (KAM) & Account Manager (AM) during the tenure.

3. Planning, guiding, motivating & monitoring the KAM & AM's daily activity to have the fruitful results.

4. To ensure monthly achievement of accounts & salary upload with new company tie ups.

5. To ensure that all reportees achieve their monthly Accounts & Cross Sell target and earn the incentives.

6. Aligning with Various other department for Salary account Leads.

Location- Mumbai.
