Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary):-
This position is responsible to identify the Machine Suppliers which can be taken up by Company, having tie-ups with them, building a relationship with them, generating leads from them, setting goals in this segment & achieving them. Will have to develop a business plan and drive this business across India. Overdue Management for all the customers.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
Principal / Manufacturers Relationship:
- Creating and maintaining relationships with Sr. management of manufacturers / Principals.
- Maintaining regular contact with the existing Principals and develop new principal contacts.
- Working with them closely to develop various products for company
Sales:
- Analyzing business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
- Driving the field to achieve the desired results
Marketing Activities:
- Implement marketing strategies in order to assure the best value to our existing and new customers.
Team Management:
- Build, Lead, train and motivate team of mangers ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company.
- Guiding & Leading the branch managers in understanding deliverables as per local flavor and thereby identifying positions which would help in effective achievement of targets
- Credit & Operations Management
- Ensure smooth functioning of Credit & Operations Department
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels; maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
Education & Experience Requirement
Education: Bcom + PG Experience:10 - 15 yrs
Age must be less than 40
Language Skills:English, Hindi
Technical / Managerial Competencies Required:
- Specialized Knowledge of SME/machinery Finance Segment
