Requirements:
1. Candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in handling Agency Sales for states in General Insurance / stand Alone Health Insurance companies.
2. Should have local market knowledge
3. His role is to develop, nurture and grow agency Health Insurance business sales across the state.
4. Has to connect with all internal departments like customer service, operations ,claims as well as external parties like agents, customers and statutory authorities.
5. He/she will report to Zonal Agency Head
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achievement on business target
2. Achievement on premium booked.
3. Allocation of sales target to the respective sales people.
4. Ensure adequate manning against the budgeted sales target.
5. Drive the sales team to achieve the budgeted target
6. Maintain the product/channel mix as per the business plan to ensure branch profitability
7.Monitor & optimize the cost of acquisition of the channel
8. Set standards and maintain "Business Quality".
9. Update the top management on market competition.
