Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be graduate/ MBA with minimum 10 - 14 years of hard core sales experience of which the last 2 years should be at Regional Level controlling multiple centres/Branches.
- Ensuring admission in company owned/Franchisee centres.
- Candidate will be responsible for achieving Sales Target for the territory assigned to him .
- Leading & Motivating sales force & Implementing sales & BTL/Promotional Strategies in those centres under him.
- Candidate will be responsible for overall student enrolment for the territory assigned to him .
- Candidate will be responsible for company run centres and/or franchisee centres.
- Should have analytical expertise and competence to do thorough team reviews.
- Profile requires extensive travelling at Pan India Level.
- Salary based on individual competency, Experience and last drawn salary.
- Should have been stable in previous organization with proven track record, should not be a job hopper.
