We are an Executive Search firm based out of by the name Laksh HR Pvt. Ltd. Noida with expertise in handling assignments at Middle & Senior level management. We also cater to cross section of industries like Engg /Manufacturing, Infrastructure/Real Estate, IT, Media, FMCG & Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services.

We have been retained by our client, one the leading Lubricant MNC company for as they are looking for Territory Business Manager for Delhi/Ludhiana Location.

Position: Territory Business Manager

No. of Positions: Three

Reporting to: State Head

Requesting Department: Retail Sales

Place of Posting: Delhi/Ludhiana/Rajkot

Qualification: B.Tech is must + MBA preferred

Experience Details: 2 – 5 years prior experience in the relevant field.

CTC- 8 L PA

Preferred Industry: Automobile/ Spare-parts/ Paints/ Lubricants/ Tyres/ Consumer Durable/ Battery/ Autocomopnent

Core Job Responsibilities:

- Perform daily sales operations in the business area

- Apply standard concepts, practices & techniques and directly contribute the achievement of target

- Complete MIS on a daily basis for the use of Reporting Manager

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Ability to meet sales targets and timelines

- Knowledge of products and channel dynamics

- Ability to deliver under pressure
