Description
1. Owns Lead to Booking funnel for cohort. One will be responsible for Customer Pitches, Bookings and Booking NPS.
2. Consult customers on the home renovation process: Defining Scope, Interior Estimation, space planning ideas and then connecting customers with Service partners basis on customer requirements.
3. Visiting customer site along with service partner to help customer finalize the scope, quote & service partner for the project
4. Ensuring Service Partner follows SOP & TAT.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 3+ years of interior industry experience: Sales or Customer Handling (Project Execution, Interior Architect Experience Preferred)
2. Graduate/Diploma in B Civil/ B Arch/ Interior Preferred
3. Must have excellent communication skills, commercial skills
4. Local language knowledge is preferred
5. Must be comfortable with traveling within the city
6. Proficient in MS Excel
