Teradata Specialist - KPO

Role;

As a data specialist, the candidate needs to liaise with several stakeholders concerning operational issues related to consumer master data requests.

Responsibilities:

- Resolve business requests

- Enhance and update work instructions

- Identify an incident in a complex environment

- Define root cause and able to analyze with result to tackle the root cause.

- Communication about solution of request to SME/business in common sense and simple wording.

Qualification and Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience

- Minimal 3 year of complex landscaping and data workflow processing

- Minimal 3 year of database experience (Teradata is a pre)

- Able to write (complex) SQL queries is a must

Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech
