TenXLabs - Client Relationship Manager

Job description :

Summary : Client Relationship Manager would be responsible for managing key client engagements and grow accounts. The role would envisage working closely with the sales as well as delivery team of TenXLabs. The role requires the person to have combination of technical skills in testing, skills in pre-sales process and solutioning and managing client expectations

Key Result Areas : The person will be measured on two key areas

- Client satisfaction

- Revenue growth

Key skills :

- The ideal candidate should - adept in client management-

- Technical knowledge about various types of testing specifically test automation, performance & mobility

- Understanding about the Application development and management

- Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance. Ability to understand the technology landscape and business imperatives

- Ability to coordinate technical delivery team for proposal development

- Experience in responding to RFP / RFQ/ RFI. In-depth knowledge of proposal preparation, bid management and Collateral preparation

- Understanding of software licensing

- Ability to handle complex tasks and exceed client expectations.

- Good in MS Word,MS Excel. Ability to create and deliver effective presentations

- Good in Communications written and verbal
