Tender Manager/Senior Tender Manager - Corporate Sales Support
Experience desired :
- Establish and manage tender pipelines from tender databases
- Provide regular pipeline reporting to the Sales Team
Capability :
Tender and Market Research
- Reviewing RFPs from potential clients (governments and NGOs)
- Reviewing numerous websites from different geographies.
- Working with the tender companies to refine and improve the searches.
- Ensuring total coverage across all geographies and that all potential opportunities are evaluated. To know where to look and how to identify new
- Analysis and review of RFP
- To review the detail of the RFP.
- To undertake research of the client organization, its strategy and payment capabilities to assess the likelihood of completion of purchase and cash-flow/credit-rating.
- Understanding of healthcare, health services, health technology and BPO, to establish if the description in the tender is accurate and relevant.
- Research for and execution of the response and pitches
- To research the area around the tender to provide relevant information for the tender e.g. local political matters, economic matters, news about the client.
- To undertake competitive analysis and differentiators
- To reuse existing RFP materials to complete tender response
- To work with the Business Development Directors develop the content for the response.
- To support Business Development Directors with materials required
Timelines and quality management
- To have managed complex tenders to tight timelines.
- Set up and manage the RFP process.
- To have excellent organization and communication skills.
- Working in a virtual team and across different timezones
- To deliver on time or early to the agreed budget and developing responses that have a high win rate.
Industry knowledge :
- Healthcare industry knowledge and experience
- Data management and analytics
- BPO, Technology and services industry - Enough industry knowledge is required to fully evaluate the opportunities and understand if they are related to the work we do.
