The Role:
As a Brand head , you will be driving the innovation charter for our-in-house brand within the Home and Kitchen category. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will take the end to end ownership to create an exciting, new-age brand for digital consumers. This individual would be owning the ideation process alongside conducting customer research, focus on the right communication through brand design and conceptualization. They would be working across internal teams to implement the go-to-market strategy via our own D2C channel.
As the Brand head, you will.
1. Own and define the brand positioning for the Indian market
2. Identify the right target audiences
3. Focus on new and differentiated market opportunities
4. Optimize brand communication levers
5. Set milestones and own budgets as the brand grows
6. Drive product launch and product development
7. Coordinate with nonreporting cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
8. Build the customer experience journey from scratch and develop a differentiated
9. Customer support function for the brand
You are a great fit if you have :
1. Built a brand from scratch and scaled it
2. Prior experience scaling a D2C brand
3. Been a founder of a D2C brand (optional)
4. Understand brand communication and have experience catering to varied audiences and 5. experience working with external agencies
6. Research-oriented approach toward consumer behavior
7. Are ready to embrace the challenges that come with incubation
