Global ServiceNow Architect
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified ServiceNow Architect with experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our global digital transformation team.
Essential job duties :
- Own responsibility for overall ServiceNow implementation including roadmap, performance, upgrades, functional processes and license compliance.
- Coordinate with technical resources for day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Work closely with the Teleperformance business units to gather requirements and design solutions that meet the business objectives.
- Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications
- Work directly with end-users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
- Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance with ServiceNow
- Coordinate systems integrations and process automation
- Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases
- Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation
Educational Qualifications and Other Requirements :
A degree holder in business or computer science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow Architect or Platform Owner, focusing on ITSM and/or CSM modules
- Experience with Quebec or higher release of ServiceNow
- Experience working with Agile Project Teams
- Effective writing skills with the ability to document application configurations, system design, and architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
- Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML and XML
- Fluent English is a requirement
- Ability to engage cross-functional teams globally
Useful Certifications :
- ServiceNow Technical Architect
- ITIIL v3 or ITIL v4
