Designation: Marketing Head.

Job Description:


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design-Implement and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.

- Support and Facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.

- Make staffing and hiring decisions within the marketing department.

- Build and develop a marketing team that is competent, dedicated and efficient.

- Administer the company's marketing budget along with cost optimization.

- Develop marketing collaterals and distribution.

- Develop and maintain company website.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Pay-per-click (PPC).

- Performance (PPP), marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Managing PPC campaigns like Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn etc.

- Develop, execute and track the Branded Content & Connection plans for all Integrated Campaigns Conceptualizing marketing campaign on Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other websites in order to increase Leads.

- Prepare content for Articles, PR, and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

- Collaborate with designers to improve the user experience of the website, LPs.

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web Analytics tools.

- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

- Handling and training on new tools used in digital marketing.

- Exercise sound business judgment, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of search campaigns by effectively working with account managers and internal teams.

- Participating and managing business Expos.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Post graduate.

- Proven working experience in digital marketing.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics).

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
