Telecom E2E Solution Architecture - Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing (FAB)

Responsible for defining high level e2e solution architecture and design to ensure successful delivery to requirements and governance compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. To define overall E2E Architecture & Landscape.

2. E2E ownership of E2E System flows, high level design, architecture decision, architecture documentation quality.

3. Mentor & guide individual architects and designers to successfully deliver next generation BSS-OSS stack.

4. Responsible for ensuring all requirements are addressed in solutioning and ensure delivery by solving any in-flight design issues.

5. Responsible to ensure lean, flexible and future ready architecture"

Knowledge and Skills

- Should have significant exposure to Telecom Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing Design & Architecture

- Good understanding of Architecture Practice and Methodology (Preferably a certified Architect - TOGAF etc.)

- Deep understanding of following: CRM, Sales and Channel Management, Billing, Fulfillment, Integration, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

- Good understanding of Customer Processes such as Lead to Order, Order to Activate, Usage to Bill, Trouble to Resolve

- Good understanding of SID, ETOM
