Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in a progressive HR generalist role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
