Job profile - Sr. US IT Recruiter

Location - Remote/Indore

Experience - 03 to 07 years

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Notice period - 15 days or immediate joining

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

Required Skills :

- The ideal candidate must have experience working with Direct client or Prime vendor.

- Strong knowledge and working experience on Corp to Corp (C2C).

- Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, contract-to-hire positions.

- Strong understanding of excellent candidate assessment skills, technical requirements and resume updating skills

- Experience using job boards such as Glassdoor, Simply hired, Dice, Monster, and ETC.

- Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Hangouts and Google search engines.

- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills handling all visa types especially US Citizens, Green Card holders.

- Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.

- Strong knowledge of negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/full-time requirements.

- Should have a great hustling strength to strive for leveling assigned KPI's

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.

- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.

- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.

- Must be a Pro to build network relations with new vendors using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.

- Generate, Interact and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation partners network daily.

- Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, and following up for interview schedules.

- Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.

- Experience in, Client Management, Client Penetration, Account Mapping, Sales, Etc.

- Ability to demonstrate full sales Lifecycle.

- Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp).

- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.

- Evaluate candidate for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
