Roles & Responsibilities :
- Generate lead through various resources.
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA/India
- Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
- Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
- Partnering and identifying opportunities for IT Services project
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to expand partnerships on a client-by-client basis in software development and staff augmentation projects.
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business Required Experience.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Candidate having Experience in IT / Web / Mobile App development service sale in International Market.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Identifying revenue opportunities within the prospect base through various inbound and outbound marketing programs and other activities.
- Researching prospective customers, identifying key players, and generating interest to expand the list of sales qualified leads.
- Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with technology partners
- Working closely with sales, account management and business development teams to support achievement of territory's quota objectives.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners. Estimates partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with client to ensure satisfaction with newly placed consultants and resolve issues promptly.
Our Requirement :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development US/Indian market.
- Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
- Some experience in Enterprise IT Software Business Development, Sales or Marketing roles.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and IT fluency
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- "People person" who is confident and has a versatile personality
- Strong organizational and time management skills are critical - must adhere to deadlines, multi - task and be able to prioritize.
- Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.
