Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

- Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce developers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in security, data management, and automation.

- Oversee seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development & team leadership experience.

- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & API integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer / Architect) preferred.

- Familiar with Developer Console, VS Code, Salesforce DX & Git.

- Experience with Agile / Scrum is a plus.

- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
