Job Description:

Are you a dynamic, data-driven individual with a passion for business analysis? We are seeking talented and quantitatively oriented business analysts to join our Analytics team. As an Analyst at HealthworksAI, you will be required to analyze specific business problems and drive value in strategic areas of business. An array of analytical tools will be available for use depending on the skills of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Track market trends of US Healthcare industry in Marketing Analytics space and create memos, white-papers on the same

- Track usage trends of our reports and create strategy to improve engagements for your reports.

- Track customer queries and suggestions and interact with our customers and product development teams to prioritize enhancement pipelines.

- Handle end-to-end delivery of Ad hoc projects for clients .

- To understand the business model, business brief, and the information available for analysis.

- Developing a fully fabricated end to end data pipeline for reporting purposes.

- Automating the reporting process for clients.

- Handle a high impact project at any time which should result in bottom line impact.

- Work with the Delivery Manager to identify the most suitable techniques to solve the business briefs.

- Working with the statistical team to create models and result presentation.

- Ad Hoc requirements would need to be fulfilled from time to time.

- High Level of Business analysis skills is necessary.

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech degree (2019-2021 batch)

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Hands on experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, and MS Excel

- Understand the client business briefs and translate them to Analytical briefs.

- Use the Analytical models to analyze actual output against key indicators, ensuring that the solution suggested is commercially viable and competitive.

- Deliver informative, well-organized presentations.

- Identify critical issues with ease.

- Exhibit confidence and learn about the emerging industry practices when solving business problems.

- Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.

- Facilitate effective team interaction.

- Ideal candidate would have strong analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis.

- Good communication skills to interact with US based clients and conduct walk-thru sessions of reports and deliverables.

- Knack for understanding customer psychology to drive higher usage of our product.
