Key Responsibilities:

P&L Management:

- Develop, manage, and drive the P&L for the CPG business unit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.

- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

- Oversee the end-to-end operations of the CPG business, including solution delivery, sales, and business development.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

- Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, new solution development, and partnerships.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Brand Management:

- Oversee brand strategy and positioning to ensure consistency and alignment with company values and market demands.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of [10-15] years of experience in the US CPG industry, with a proven track record of P&L management.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the CPG industry.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
