TECSOL Software is a startup highly focused on Mobile, Web, Cloud and Hardware. Our small little start up has grown to 17 people in a span of 3 years and we are on a continuous growth tack to achieve more. We are in the services domain and come up with product ideas as once in a while.
We are opening up this HR role to build the following as we grow.

4. Build rock solid processes for all HR related activities.
5. Evaluate and improve our current talent pool.
6. Track progress, training for all employees.
7. Hiring new talent if required.
8. Help in building a kick ass startup in the next 2 years.
