The company is seeking a sales team manager for EdTech business of TechXR Innovations.
Requirements:
- Managing team of career counsellors (Sales Executive) to promote the AR-VR Developer course among students.
- Initially the person is required to be an individual contributor and sell the 'AR-VR Development Certification' course to build required understanding of the process and generate business through lead conversions.
- Managing leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Monitoring team performance and reporting to top management on a regular basis.
- Candidate must have knowledge of CRM system, preferably Zoho CRM
- Devising Performance Tracking Matrix of the sales executives/career counsellors on CRM
- Carrying out quality check by listening calls and setting up training process
- Candidate should be self-motivated with the ownership attitude.
- Candidate should have 1+ years of experience of managing team of tele-callers/ pre sales executives in EdTech Domain
- The role gives a great learning experience in the rapidly growing AR-VR domain as well as an opportunity to work with an amazing team of IIT and IIM graduates. The role is based out of the main office in Bhopal.
