Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to PMI best practices and our organization's project management standards.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk management strategies, communication strategies tailored to the specific needs of projects in India.

- Work closely with delivery and practice leads, project managers, scrum masters, and business analysts across various engagements and establish effective collaboration.

- Work closely with Project Managers across project engagements, providing guidance and support to maintain consistency in project management practices.

- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and learning from successful project experiences. Facilitate regular meetings or forums for Project Managers to discuss challenges, best practices, and lessons learned.

- Establish and implement best practices, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the organization.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold effective project governance across all projects.

- Taking charge of end-to-end project management, you will be responsible for orchestrating seamless project execution, managing stakeholders, and facilitating collaborative knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Should be a liaison between the delivery team, sales team, and leadership, ensuring project success and contributing to the organization's growth.

- Report project progress, status, and key performance indicators to the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Masters or bachelor's degree in computer science

- PMP- (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI is preferred.

- Proven experience in project management, handling projects of varying complexities in a mid-size organization.

- Strong understanding of PMI best practices and their application in project execution and control.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders in India and the US.

- Ability to adapt to different cultural and professional contexts, working effectively with Project Managers in all locations.

- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, etc.
