Business Development Manager
TechUnity Software Systems India Pvt Ltd, is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help the company to expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective role in getting Projects and appointments for the company.
Responsibilities :
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing
- Provide trustworthy feedback
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Manage the team members and give instructions and advices if needed
Requirements and skills :
- Proven working experience IT Company with a minimum of 10 to 15 years as a business development manager or a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Sales force)
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- BE/MBA in business administration, or relevant field
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
