Manager (Sales & Marketing)

TechSci Research has a newly created position and seeks result oriented experienced Manager (Sales & Marketing) in its Noida office. The candidate shall be responsible for the provisions of selling market research reports and custom consulting projects to fortune 500 companies.
- The position will focus on B2B experience in Sales & Business Development, which includes Team Management, Training & Development, end-to-end sales management, customer relationship management, identification & development of new market and networking.
Job Roles:
- Setting-up territory and developing business plans for the achievement of team, business unit and Organizational annual revenue goals
- Responsible for building strategic partnerships and securing custom consulting engagements across the verticals (ICT, Consumer Goods,Automotive,Chemical,Pharma etc)
- Work closely with management at all levels of a client's organization to determine the correct blend of Syndicated market research and provide custom consulting that are necessary for reaching client's business objectives
- Developing sales strategy, sales forecasts and business plans for growth and maintaining Strategic Alliances.
- Responsible for handling end-to-end sales cycle
- Pipeline Management and Sales Forecasting.
- Training & Development of team
- Team management and collaboration for overall success
- The candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The office timings are 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.
- The company does not provide transport facility therefore; the candidates would be required to commute on their own.
- The office location will be sector 57, Noida.
Salary Range : 4-9 LPA
