HR People Manager for a Tech company - ISB/IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI
Technovert is a new generation technology services company working with global clients like Microsoft and others. We are a passionate team of techies who love what we do. We are looking for a people person to manage our entire HR function and employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities :
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Effectively bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Nurture a positive culture and healthy working environment
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Requirements and traits :
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
The person should be empathetic, self-aware and possess a great deal of humility when working with people.
Excellent Communicator that can influence people by way of verbal and written communication.
The person should be brand and culture conscious and know how to effectively market Technovert brand among employees and prospective candidates.
Fun loving and cheerful personality is a must.
Experienced between 4 - 8 years.
