Job Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Effectively bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Nurture a positive culture and healthy working environment
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Requirements and traits :
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- The person should be empathetic, self-aware and possess a great deal of humility when working with people.
- Excellent Communicator that can influence people by way of verbal and written communication.
- The person should be brand and culture conscious and know how to effectively market Technovert brand among employees and prospective candidates.
- Fun loving and cheerful personality is a must.
