Position : Senior Manager - Business Development
Job Description :
- Handle end to end sales at your location
- Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple domain for IT solutions, BPM and consulting services.
- Shall be responsible for account opening, account mapping and account penetration.
- Maximize connections within a specified geography targeting cross domain GIC accounts.
- Shall help in developing business case/presentations to the clients, pitching in for the expected business of our service lines.
- Consolidating and overlooking the requirement of the clients.
- Work in tandem with the pre-sales team to Respond to RFPs and RFQ's, make client proposals.
- Account Hunting and development.
Qualification and Experience :
- MBA and/ or engineering from a premier institute.
- 8-12 years of Experience of Sales and with an IT company. Candidate will carry an Annual Revenue Target.
Skill Set Required :
- Knowledge of IT/ BPM/ Consulting service practices
- Ability to liaise with the Market research team, Pre-sales team and Practice Heads.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels.
- Ability to gather and analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
- Good analytical capabilities and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable working with and cross-functional teams.
- Proactively maintain existing relationships and leverage relationships to develop a sales pipeline; develop new opportunities to increase company visibility in the account.
