Sr. Leader & Middle Management
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Skill Development projects monitoring and execution.
- Alliances & Acquisitions and Fund Raising
- Project Proposal preparation for submission to various government departments.
- Liasoning with government department.
- Setting up of new training centers in coordination with district administration.
- Ensure proper implementation of project.
- Continuous technical up gradation of the training program
- Content development in coordination with industry and in house content development team.
- Network /Channel partner strategy and acquisitions.
- Identification, motivation mobilization and selection of suitable trainees for skill development programs in coordination with DRDA,NGOs and Microfinance institutions
- Facilitating fund raising for skills development projects through the various government grants/loans
Experience : Relevant years of experience and expertise in socio-economic development projects in domain of livelihood, enterprise and Skill development.
