Role Purpose: To support practice growth by managing client project delivery and building knowledge repository

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Delivery -

- Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through insightful analysis, modelling and innovative solutions & discussions

- Work on Government Projects

- Work on jobs/tasks that contribute towards providing superior solutions and results to clients

Service Development -

- Read and keep updated on developments in sector/ expertise areas and identify new clients/leads

- Assist in business development activities of the company by preparing project/work proposals

- Contribute to the repository of consulting processes and knowledge bank

Project and Client Management-

- Work in collaboration with team members and practice in delivering client assignments and ensure superior deliverable

- Allocating work responsibilities and monitoring progress and quality of project/work delivery

- Manage client relations and build business pipeline

Desired Profile:

Experience: 1-4 Years of relevant experience with leading consulting firm, textile trading/manufacturing units, reputed garment manufacturers, buying houses, textile and apparel companies.
