Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the hiring needs for their department
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with the manager
- Strategize overall hiring for the department to ensure the hires consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
- Monitor TAT, conversion rate, sourcing mix for all the requirements
- Build rapport with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Maintain Hiring Manager satisfaction with a great candidate experience
Requirements:
- 7-9 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition with team management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- Experience in end to end recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
