This is a Sales leadership role. Individual will be responsible for all sales activities, sales personnel and customer satisfaction. Individual will also develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes opportunities in the region. Job responsibilities will include sales strategy, hiring, managing, and training.
Setting-up and executing a sales & marketing activity plan. Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to achieve the commercial objectives and optimize the relationship with PFT.
Registration of customer needs and proposals, in order to provide correct and timely information for the planning of the product development.
Following up the sales proposals and activities of his team and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales forecast.
Responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan. Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company.
A vital component of the role is gaining expertise of the functioning and advantages of the products in order to have the ability to integrate this product knowledge in the sales process and position the sales team as specialists.
Key Activities General Activities
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
- Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals.
- Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan
- As head of a sales team be responsible for carrying out the plan, in order to achieve the agreed objectives in the short term and to ensure that the business strategy is achieved in the medium term
- Cooperating with the other divisions of e.g. marketing / product/ pre-sales, Bid management team, support to succeed in working out the daily operations
Large Account Management
- Contacting and informing existing customers and new prospects, in order to keep the market up to date about the product portfolio & services
- Expanding the customer base in the country, to contribute to the revenue target.
- Identifying and active searching for new prospects, analyzing sales potential and work out sales activities
Proposals, forecast, contracts, market
- Creating proposals, Forecasting on regular basis (and quarterly review towards the executive team)

Essential Requirements
- The product/services offer being technical, the job demands a combination of technical & solution sales experience and / or Business
Process Management Services Sales experience.
- 0-2 years' experience in a sales role in Media and Entertainment Industry. Prior experience with M&E consulting practice of reputed consulting firm and relationship with M&E customers in India/APAC region will be key
- A successful track record of delivering sales in a Senior Sales role.
- High degree of comfort with technology and prior experience in selling Technology and Managed Services is preferable
- Excellent strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skill, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MBA degree from a premier institution
- B.E/B.Tech Mandatory
