- Should have both research and development experience if we are looking for experienced candidates

- Freshers projects should have some AR & VR experience

- Specialization in mobile computing is good to have

- Understanding of advanced programming languages

Education : MTech or MSc with specialization in Computer Science

- New Augmented Reality (AR)/ Virtual Reality (AR) based visualizations and experiences

- Good skills in creating/maintaining Enterprise grade systems in Java or .Skills and/or inclination to help patent and publish cutting-edge research.

- Specialization in Computer science

- Willingness to work in a team environment

- Next generation Application Engineering approaches Software Analytics and conversations UIs for software development
