Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Program Manager to manage end-to-end implementation of Commerce Platform for our client's multiple product brands across Digital Channels. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be managing technical delivery of the Commerce Portals for our USA based client.

Project and Sprint Tasks Planning:

- Collaborate with USA based client stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop project plans and timelines for strategic initiatives and get those delivered within timelines.

- Sprint wise planning of tasks and timely completion of tasks by coordinating with Engineers followed by validations through Business stakeholders.

Domain and Technical Expertise:

- Leverage a strong background in Commerce Domain to manage end-to-end technical ownership of multiple commerce portals.

- Leverage WordPress / Woo Commerce / PHP technologies to provide technical guidance to development teams.

- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Quality Assurance / Security compliance:

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by implementing quality assurance processes and standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive management.

- Address questions and concerns promptly through detailed responses.
