Technology Product Owner - Software - Wealth Management Firm/NBFC

Our Client, a Leading NBFC is looking out for a Product Owner with expertise in Wealth Management product (Software) to be based at Mumbai.

Job Purpose:

- The Product Owner owns up the features backlog for the core wealth product.

- This role will need to work with the relevant business teams and incorporate customer feedback, business team's feedback and regulatory changes to come up with the relevant backlog for the core wealth platform.

- The Product Owner will need to priorities the backlog using relevant parameters such as customer satisfaction, regulation, business drivers, etc.

- The Product Owner also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the mission and engages with other Product Owners to align and manage interdependencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals

- Support execution of the entire product lifecycle management from feature conceptualization through launch and beyond (driving adoption, ideating enhancements, etc.)

- Defining product backlog for the core wealth platform, stories and prioritizing the backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities

- Grooming of the user stories in terms of the functional and non-functional details as well as inputs to relevant wire frames.

- Maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components across the different squads and product owners - for the tribe

- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders, various squads, and multiple teams in other functions

- Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve the product vision

- Accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product

- A primary role in inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration

- Grooming of features in the backlog

- Readiness of the features for development

- Readiness of the features for deployment

- Productivity & capacity mgmt.

- UI/UX & accessibility

- Blocker and issue resolution

- Squad budget & cost optimization

- Squad mgmt.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors/master's degree

- Strong experience and understanding of any Indian wealth core software product is a must

- Certification of PSPO/CSPO is a must.

- Experience of development, solution/architecture design.

- In-depth knowledge of Agile Product Development - process and principles in the context of core packaged product implementation and customization is a must

- Understanding of the Indian wealth management industry and core product implementations in the industry is a must.
