Skill Requirements:

- 12+ years of IT experience with Enterprise application development, maintenance & support background.

- Managerial and business expertise in the Institutional Trust/Financial domain

- Exposure to Agile delivery and ITIL support processes

- Knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members; strong relationship building skills.

- Strong people management skills and ability to manage staff working in a 24x7 model.

- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

- Strong implementation skills; highly organized, self-directed and takes initiative
