Middleware Technology Manager
- Must have about 10 - 13 years of IT experience, with demonstrated exposure to large engineering and operations focused delivery functions. With 4+ years management experience or 4-6 yrs as a Tech lead
- Understanding of different Line of Business and its core business
- Previous demonstrated experience in service delivery management in a multi-site environments; leading and managing multiple functional groups
- Experience in leading and managing server / Middleware applications support/ Patching and compliance and operations environments; experience in leading service delivery teams operating 24/7
- Knowledge of engineering and operations processes / controls in a typical Banking technology environments in the areas on server and automation and middleware apps support, metrics and reporting, enabling technologies, and product lifecycle management
- Familiar with processes analysis and improvement as well as standard services frameworks like ITIL, CMMi-Svc
- Proven experience in managing small-scale projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills appropriate for various levels of senior to mid-level management
- Very strong interpersonal skills and flexibility; ability to build collaborative relationships to support multiple functional groups
Key Technical Competencies :
- Technical expertise in different Middleware products like Apace,Weblogic,etc..
- 24x7 support organization that is self-sustaining and can operate with minimal escalation.
- Prioritization, Multi-tasking, Detail-oriented.
- Microsoft Office Skill set.
